What if a reviewer is on vacation or sick leave? Who can step in for them?

We have recently introduced the ability to have custom reviewers. This allows more flexibility and control over who is conducting an employee's review whether their regular manager has been away or they were working more closely temporarily with a different team.

From the cycle overview, you'll simply click the pencil icon that appears when you hover over the current reviewer's name. A window will come up where you can click the trash icon next to the current reviewer to remove them.

You'll then start typing the new reviewer's name and click to select then save.
