360 feedback is an awesome opportunity to formalize the feedback process within your organization. With Feedback on Feedback you can empower your staff to rate the feedback they have been given. It's also a great indicator for the People Management team or managers to validate the usefulness of the feedback.
How does it work?
Once enabled, everybody receiving a feedback is asked to rate the received feedback.
After rating staff is asked to leave an optional comment. The rating will be accessible on Team/ Company Overview Screens.
How to set it up?
Please make sure your company is participating in our Beta community. An HR Administrator turns on the self service BETA feature on on the Feature Selection page.
How to view the results?
Staff and permitted users can view the rating on the bottom of the corresponding feedback:
Managers can view the ratings of their team members on the Team page after using the magic wand to switch to the Reviewee's Rating column.
HR Administrators can review the ratings on the Company Overview after using the magic wand to switch to the Reviewee's Rating column.
