If an employee is unable to sign their portion of the performance review, it's possible that the manager or direct report has not yet shared their side of the review.
Unshared reviews cannot be signed
Until both manager and direct report have shared, the other participant will not be able to sign the review.
Below is an example - Maria the Manager has not yet shared, but Stan from sales has:
Stan will see this message in their side of the review:
Both participants will need to share before the review can be signed.
HR Admin sharing the Manager's side of review
As an HR Admin, it's possible to share the manager's portion of the review so the employee can sign. This option is available using the action-item drop downs on the overview screen.
