To visit the 1:1 meetings dashboard visit the Company tab -> 1:1 meetings -> Insights. Below is a screenshot highlight the sections on the navigation.
You can decide to select the type of participants you'd like to review and the time period. Below is a gif showing how to filter between these meeting participants and date options.
As shown above you can view an overview of all employees or by managers and reports. You also have the option to select your own defined time period or quick select 30, 60, or 90 days.
You can also use the filter menu to filter for a specific name, department or job title.
Nudging and viewing meeting information
You can nudge employees (both managers and reports) from the dashboard overview and you can expand the drop down menu to view a list of all reports who had a meeting with a specific manager.
We offer the option to nudge from this menu and also to view the last meeting's date.
As shown above, we also offer the magic column to filter by different user properties from this screen.
Employees who had no meetings with their manager
We offer a quick select option view, of a list of employees who had zero meetings with their manager in the time period you've defined in the graph.
Sending bulk nudges
It's possible to send nudges in bulk if you multi-select the participants you'd like to send bulk nudges to from the overview - see the below screenshot.
