As a manager, where do I pick 360 reviewers in a manager-only approval cycle?

If your HR admin has created a cycle in which only managers can select nominees, you'll receive an email letting you know you need to login to Small Improvements to select reviewers for your report. 

You can also from your home dashboard navigate to the Team overview to make these changes. Below is a gif showing how to navigate there directly from the Team tab.
