Reviews
Reviews in Small Improvements have many advantages over the traditional paper or Excel solution, or legacy review systems. They're simple to set up, reduce Admin overhead chasing people and collating between systems, are highly customisable, provide a nice and clean interface, and allow users to reference their historical and current performance data all in one screen. This all makes for a more enjoyable and fruitful, but also relevant review writing experience.
